Black Castle Grill was born from a deeply personal dream — to return home and bring the world along. Founded by an African American diasporan who spent years in America, we carry the spirit of two continents in everything we cook.

Our menu is a love letter to the diaspora experience: authentic Middle Eastern shawarma with hand-marinated lamb and beef, Chicago-style deep dish pizza with the thick, buttery crust we fell in love with across the Atlantic, and Ghanaian jollof rice as your grandmother would recognise it — smoky, savoury, and deeply aromatic.

Situated at Kumasi City Mall, Store No. 31, Black Castle Grill is more than a restaurant. It is a gathering place — a celebration of cultures, of homecoming, and of food that crosses borders without losing its soul.
