Black Castle Grill was born from a deeply personal dream — to return home and bring the world along. Founded by a Ghanaian diasporan who spent years in America, we carry the spirit of two continents in everything we cook.

Our menu is a love letter to the diaspora experience: authentic Middle Eastern shawarma with hand-marinated lamb and beef, Chicago-style deep dish pizza with the thick, buttery crust we fell in love with across the Atlantic, and Ghanaian jollof rice as your grandmother would recognise it — smoky, savoury, and deeply aromatic.
